iX Mixer will distribute hangover prevention kits in preparation for the year’s biggest Sunday Funday— the Professional Football Championship

DENVER (I-Newswire) February 1, 2012 - DENVER – iX Mixer, the hangover prevention mixer chock full of electrolytes, is declaring the Monday after the Professional Football Championship to be National Hangover Awareness Day.

According to a recent MSNBC story, the Monday after the final professional football game is the biggest national sick day of the year, with an average of five percent of the working population calling in sick. In anticipation of the big game weekend, iX Mixer is declaring National Hangover Awareness Day and releasing a “Hangover Prevention Kit.”

iX Mixer will distribute the free kits on Denver’s 16th Street Mall, Feb. 3 in the afternoon and at the Pepsi Center after the sports games on Feb. 3 and Feb. 4.

iX Mixer’s Facebook fans and Twitter followers will be able to request cases to be dropped off at downtown Denver offices on Feb. 3 between 1 and 5 p.m. iX Mixer is also asking fans and followers to let them know how they feel on Monday morning by posting on the iX Mixer Facebook wall and using the hashtag #HangoverAwarenessDay on Twitter.
