It’s All About Instinct - Barefoot Floor Couture Collections Unveiled At Grand Designs

(I-Newswire) September 7, 2009 - Instinct is a new campaign being rolled out across the nation by Barefoot Floor Couture, positioning its luxury seamless flooring as the nation’s new designer label underfoot.

With a multi-million pound showroom recently opened in Cheshire, Barefoot’s unique floor finishes - all designed to encourage people to lose their shoes and enjoy the feeling of freedom underfoot – are already inspiring a revolution in home interiors.

Revealed for the first time at Grand Designs Live, Instinct features four collections, Unique, Sleek, Ergonomic, and Natural.

Shimmering and seductive, Unique offers individual, glamorous and elegant floors - including the seamless terrazzo Beaudeco, the decorative floor Cocktails, and Glamour - which has a glittering, sparkling finish.

For those inspired by city living, the Sleek collection includes Smoothies, which give a contemporary, minimalist look, as well as Cool Smoothies, which deliver the natural look of polished marble, wood and concrete, but with little maintenance.

The Ergonomic collection is a vibrant family of colourful, flexible flooring which includes Bounce, ideal for children’s play areas and Smooth Bounce – a combination of Bounce technology with Smoothie style for the ultimate feel underfoot.

Finally, with a strong connection to nature, the Natural collection features therapeutic includes floors for both indoors and outdoors. It includes the foot-massaging, reflexology walkway Acupath, the pebble carpet Cool Rocks, marble carpet Hot Rocks and, for drives and pathways, the pebble finish Smart Rocks.

The floors are installed by Barefoot’s craftsmen and some of the finishes come with the option of underfloor heating.
