New Features

We have built product selectors before, but nothing so massive like this Chassis Combo Selector. The toughest question for us was to know what is the most important criteria of our customers when they look for chassis. We listed a few and eventually decided on a string of guided search that will best narrow the searches down to the exact model that customers want.

While we understand the importance of resetting search criteria, it can waste a lot of time, especially when one is very deep into the search lists. Also, most of the uncertainties during product selector experience arise when people can’t preview their searches while having to decide to go with searches or stop at the current selections. Well, our smart search technology is the solution to all of the above. During the query, one can decide after selecting each criteria to either proceed with the next search criteria, show the search results, or to reset the entire search.
