IPhoneBloggers Compare The Top UK IPhone Insurance Policies

UK iPhone publication iPhoneBloggers conduct a review of the iPhone insurance options available to UK customers.

Edinburgh (I-Newswire) November 14, 2011 - iPhoneBloggers, a leading UK iPhone and mobile phone magazine has released a study comparing the different iPhone insurance policies available in the UK. The study examined five of the leading iPhone insurance policies, examining and comparing each one for features, value-for-money and feedback from current customers.

ProtectYourBubble, Insureandgo, Insurance2go, Better Buy Insurance and JS Insurance were the five main insurance providers compared as part of the study. Each company offers an insurance policy that costs between £4.99 and £7.99, with varying features and reviews.

The aim of the study was to reveal the best iPhone insurance policy. ProtectYourBubble and Insureandgo were the two favourites, with JS Insurance close behind.

“We started off expecting to find one company that really stood out but in the end a few of the main insurance providers, mainly ProtectYourBubble and Insureandgo, managed to form their own alliances and followings.

Reviews were important for us and we scoured the web to see what people were saying about each of the companies. Features, especially cover abroad, was equally important as was price, naturally.

ProtectYourBubble, Insureandgo and JS Insurance all offered an insurance product that covered theft, damage, loss and water damage as well as offering the same level of cover abroad for a considerable amount of time per year. Where the other companies like Insurance2go and Better Buy Insurance lost points was with travel cover, as they only offered a max of 30 days cover abroad compared to companies like JS Insurance and Insureandgo, both of which offered 90.”

The study is ongoing and current and previous customers of any UK mobile phone insurance company are being encouraged to submit their reviews and experiences for the benefit of other shoppers.
