Internet Terrorism In Email - Nanae, Spamcop & Spamhaus

Did you know that every single piece of email you are sent is examined by a private European organization that profits from their activities?

Well, your ISP seems to think you know and that you are "accepting into a binding and contractual agreement with them to filter your mail" when you create your email box. Well, now that I put it that way...let me explain myself a little...
How spam filtering works

Before you have ever received a message to your inbox, Spamhaus, Spamcop, and hundreds of System Admins working independently, have all had a "say so" as to whether you will receive it or not. There are no federal, judicial, or legislative regulations on what they do or how they do it. They feel that the server belongs to them and so, they have a right to control the data that enters it...without any regard to how you feel about it other than your purchasing decisions.

Here's what they will block:

Any transmission from an IP address that they consider spam. Not what "you" consider spam...you have NO SAY SO IN THAT unless you notice it and change it. Since servers operate on IPs and most servers are shared environments, if one person on that server messes up "in their eyes"...you will not get mail from anyone on that server...not even your lawyer.

Now, here's where it gets good. They don't care if someone has "spammed" to label them a spammer. Since this organization is in Europe, they have no reason to fear U.S. Law and they do not (cite: e360 vs. Spamhaus). They will actually go as far as to attempt to "outlaw" or blocklist someone from even connecting to the internet if they do not like what they say. (See: Exhibit A). Yes, I said that they will blocklist your Home Internet Connection and extort your home ISP in efforts to block you from even using the internet even if you have not committed a single crime or offense.

Any transmission that contains keywords that they deem offensive are filtered. Yeah, you got it right. They have to know what words are in your message to filter by keywords don't they?

They will also block any transmission from a domain they don't like. So, if Google Docs has a person posting something they find offensive, they'll post it to their discussion board Nanae, and blacklist Google...think I am kidding? Check it out for yourself...

{" My mother used to put tape on my cassettes and record over the lyrics she didlike and them put them back in the packaging for Christmas...I used to hate listening to Metallica - the Mommy Edited Version. Well, that's what your ISP is doing to your emails as well."}

Here's another one. They will block any transmission that has a subject line that they don't like. So, if your Grandmother sends you an email from Google Docs that says, "I missed you...", she could be labeled a "spammer" and her IP attached and the cycle continues...that's a dramatic example, but I swear...it's a fact. Ron Paul, although he isn't the favorite candidate, he is intelligent and knowledgeable in this arena, also understands the importance of stopping Spamhaus: http://www.dailypaul.com/node/40475

So, why do they do it?

Well, America is a consumer as well as export country, whereas most countries are not exporters and have little funds to consume anything. Data, however, is a global product and can be exported from any country. These countries want to control the online revenue stream and filter the profits...and have been doing so for years. China is a main component of anti-spam groups, yet the majority of spam comes from China. Only 3% of all spam-fighters reside in America, but 95% of all spam resides in the U.S., do you need more...go to StopHaus.org.

When you do not receive your communications over these things, Spamhaus call it a "false positive" and dismisses it. I call it "lost revenue" and do not dismiss it. What do you call it? Check your Spam box and ask your ISP how many false-positives they "anticipate" a month...not what are reported (since they can't be reported as they never even reach your spam box).

Global Censorship is here and HAS BEEN FOR YEARS. It's time to put a stop to the international terrorism for control of your inbox. Stop Spamhaus TODAY! Visit www.StopHaus.org for more information on how to join the thousands of email users tired of being monitored and manipulated by foreign businesses.

EXHIBIT A: SBL'ed IP's with NO EMAIL CAPABILIIES - No Email Complaints on the IPs at ALL!

This appears to be an attempt to deny a US citizen, that pays for Internet Access, his rights to free speech and to do so, they have attempted (with a degree of success) to deny this user rights to the free internet...with no jurisdiction to do so. They have also threatened the data center to shut the upstream down, again...without ANY legal or jurisdictional grounds. They claim it's their right to "blackball" anyone they wish in their network (which is 85% of all data centers) at this time...then they abuse this power by manipulating data centers that provide upstream for American citizens to use the internet in a legal manner when they have no right and, even less evidence, of any wrongdoing.

EXIBIT A:
All of these IPs were added to Spamhaus Blocklist without any wrongdoing simply because I spoke about a free internet on Nanae. Notice that not a single one is an email port.
