International Ultraviolet Association Call for Papers for Conference in Germany on UV Technology

Global experts in the field of UV technology will present research in Karlsruhe, Germany on 4 and 5 June 2013.

The International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA) and the German Water Technology Centre (TZW) are currently seeking papers for an upcoming conference in Karlsruhe, Germany on 4th and 5th of June 2013 at the Convention Centre Karlsruhe. UV technology is being utilized worldwide to disinfect water, for the reuse of wastewater and other applications. Expert scientists and engineers and industry leaders in the field of UV technology will be present.

Abstracts are being accepted now for presentations at the Karlsruhe conference. Topics may include: UV applications on drinking water, pool water, waste water, any kind of industrial process water, ballast water and water for reuse. The technologies comprise disinfection, advanced oxidation processes, photochemical treatment, point of entry and point of use applications. From Sept. 22-25, 2013, IUVA will co-host a conference with the International Ozone Association (IOA) in Las Vegas, Nevada. This will be the 6th IUVA World Congress and will attract global leaders in the UV technology industry. The call for papers is also open for the 2013 World Congress and Exhibition, with abstracts due on February 1, 2013.
