Greater London (I-Newswire) February 3, 2011 - Interactive Ideas, one of the UK's leading value-added software and technology distributors, announce today the official launch of an expanded range of SolarWinds-related services at Cisco Live. Sold only through its reseller channel, this new range of services is designed to provide resellers with a comprehensive set of services for customers who deploy SolarWinds products for IT management. This will both allow resellers to provide services, such as training and consultancy, they may not currently be able to offer and cope with high levels of demand. Our aim is to ensure a first-class customer experience and create new revenue opportunities for our partners.

Our engineers have overseen some of the largest installs of SolarWinds Orion products in Europe and over time have gathered a wealth of experience and best practice skills. These skills are now available to our channel partners to help them ensure that deployments of SolarWinds solutions for their customers can be optimised.
