Intellitracker Enterprise R6.4 Enhances Behavioural Targeting

(I-Newswire) June 15, 2010 - The audience selection system enables users of Intellitracker Enterprise to create comprehensive segments of visitors based upon their response to marketing and on-site activities. The new templates enable this behavioural information to be integrated with email, CRM and content management systems.

Audience Selection
The new Audience Selection system has an all new drag and drop interface which enables a user to create visitor segments based upon the behaviour of these visitors. These segments can be saved for re-use and applied to any of the views within the system.

Cross-tab Reporting
The overlap report template has been updated to include the facility to report upon all website form-fill data out of the box. This view can now be used to show such things as how visitors use different keywords over time, which products are viewed (or purchased) by the same visitor over time and any other possible combination of recorded data. This cross-sell or up-sell information can be automatically fed to external systems without the need for any complex consultative setup.

Contacts Template
The updated Contacts template provides a view of search terms, campaigns and events performed by "Contacts" (rather than Visitors). Contacts are visitors who have been uniquely identified through registration of email response. This information can be made available to email and CRM systems for inclusion within their behavioural targeting segmentation models. The contacts report view drives Intellitracker's behavioural targeting and as such has become one of the most important and heavily used reports.
