Infotrellis Releases Version 3.5 Of Mdm Veriscope, Adding Real-Time Alerting To Its Intuitive Mdm Hub Governance Dashboards

Version 3.5 of MDM Veriscope, a browser-based data quality monitoring dashboard for Master Data Management hubs, now comes with a new smartphone app and real-time alerting for data quality issues that require the attention of the IT team.

InfoTrellis Inc., a leading provider of Big Data and MDM solutions and services, announced today the most recent version of their report and dashboard driven Master Data Management governance tool. MDM Veriscope, which originally launched in 2011, is the company's solution to the demand of clients for greater transparency and reporting capabilities from their MDM Hub. The tool provides metrics for both business and IT users of the hub with a focus on measuring data quality trends and operational trends.

Previous versions of MDM Veriscope established a range of browser based dashboards for more efficient and effective data stewardship. The Master Data Dashboard allows for visualizing master data change trends, composition and quality trends. The MDM Hub Activity Dashboard is designed for visualizing real-time hub activity including transaction failure trends, SLA failure trends and insights into transactional activity and response times.

Version 3.5 of MDM Veriscope launches with the debut of a real-time alerting feature. The real-time alerting will notify users of conditions in the MDM hub that may need immediate attention. It identifies, among many other potential issues, when a particular service (e.g. search customer) is starting to fail SLA frequently for a particular consumer (e.g. a call center app). MDM Veriscope 3.5 will also issue an alert in situations where a master data record is updated and doesn't fit an expected profile or a particular service is frequently failing and encountering errors. These are just a few examples of the preconfigured alerts.

With the release of MDM Veriscope 3.5, InfoTrellis has also released a smartphone app for IT operations teams that allows them to access and monitor these dashboards in a phone-friendly UI. Alerts can be viewed on the mobile app as well as through the browser-based dashboard. MDM Veriscope 3.5 alerts come pre-configured with the application based on years of MDM implementation experience and can be further configured to meet a client's needs.
