For the MOD, he deals in entire spectrum of HR functions – Recruitment, Selection, Training, Development, Promotion, Performance Appraisals and Discipline. Sandeep skillfully carries the additional responsibility of Corporate Social Responsibility as well.

Sandeep Bose did PGPM from IMT-CDL when he came to a stage in his career which challenged his understanding and experiential learning. He wanted to assess the parallels between the theory and practice of Human Resource Management and draw definitive conclusions. The course, he believes, has changed his perspective, deepening his understanding of the subject. As he says, “Higher and clearer perspective is extremely important in an organisation where human interaction is the bedrock of all outcomes.”

Sandeep Bose did his schooling from St. Xavier’s School, Delhi. His professional journey has been one of hard work that began with the learning and development of human and technical skills with four years of intensive training in physical toughening and mental conditioning. It progressed through holding key assignments and positions at junior, middle and senior level cadre. Today, Sandeep has carved out a place for himself in the the organization he serves with pride. His focus has been on team-work, cooperation, leadership, compassion and competence in order to further organisational goals.
