IMS, Inc. (Immediate Mailing Services) announced today that it has acquired the mailing business and select equipment assets from layerONE Media (a D4, LLC company).

IMS, Inc. (Immediate Mailing Services) announced today that it has acquired the mailing business and select equipment assets from layerONE Media (a D4, LLC company).

John D. Mashia, Jr., President and COO of IMS, indicated the purchase will provide expanded services to these businesses. “We are excited at the opportunity to provide our suite of innovative products and services to this valuable customer base”, Mr. Mashia said.

A seamless integration of layerONE Media’s customers will take place over the next 60 days.
