IMaCS Virtus Global Partners Announces Addition of Serge Buchakjian, President of BASCO and past VP of Honeywell to its Board of Advisors

(I-Newswire) March 17, 2010 - IMaCS Virtus Global Partners (IVG Partners) is pleased to announce the appointment of Serge D Buchakjian to its Board of Advisors.

Mr. Buchakjian is currently founder and President of BASCO International, a global business consulting firm. Prior to this, he held various senior leadership roles at Honeywell International Inc from 1995 – 2009 as the Vice President – International Business Development, Vice President – International Sales and Customer Marketing, Vice President Military Markets Europe/Mideast/Africa of the Defense & Space business unit. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Normalair Garrett Limited (NGL), a wholly-owned subsidiary and Managing Director of AlliedSignal Aerospace-UK. Prior to joining Honeywell, Buchakjian spent 14 years with Smiths Industries/Lear Siegler Inc, in various executive positions of increasing responsibilities in the aerospace, commercial and industrial sectors.

He is active in numerous international trade, professional and civic organizations. Most notably, he served as the Chairman of the US-India Business Council’s Executive Defense Committee from 2002 to 2009.
