Director Sami Ansari in Culver City, CA brought one of Crawfords latests paintings to life through his music video work of art.
Shannon Crawford is known for his famous dark, larger than life paintings, which have been sold to celebrities throughout Hollywood. Director Sami Ansari of Hot Rock Pictures is known for his creative, story driven, artistic videos; the partnership between Craford and Ansari is flawless. The end result is an almost creepy love story about a faceless creature, painting his creature partner.
Ansari tells us that "the concept of the video was to see the progression of an unrecognizable mysterious character creating his idealistic mate." It is Crawford who plays that unrecognizable mysterious character and, right in front of our eyes, paints his latest masterpiece.
