Hudson Valley Contractor Donates 15 Lbs of Food To Local Food Bank

Fishkill, NY (I-Newswire) May 17, 2011 - Fishkill, New York – Smart Systems USA, Inc. a local Hudson Valley plumbing corporation saw the needs of the local food banks in the Hudson Valley and decided to organize a food drive with their customers that not only benefited the food banks but the customers who donated as well.

On May 4th the local Hudson Valley contractor donated 150 pounds of non-perishable food to the Hudson Valley Food Bank Cold Spring, NY and continue to collect items from customers.

Customers who donated assorted food items were given a discount on the service that was provided by Smart Systems USA, Inc. For a donation of 5 cans the customer would receive $50 off of their bill.
