HTC Desire or Google Nexus One? Hard Comparison.

Share |

Just when the heat was about to settle with HTC manufacturing the Android Nexus One for the Google, HTC is set to come with HTC Desire, this time exclusively for itself.

(I-Newswire) March 16, 2010 - There was a time when HTC gave the 21st century marvel to the search engine giant, Google with Google Nexus One. However, it has unveiled its plans to launch its own mobile phone in the name of HTC Desire soon.

One of the most powerful new smart phones, it is all set to capture the market as one ponders over its features. However, it may get tough for the mobile buyer as a matter of consequence to weigh between the two phones.

Apart from the Android operating system, HTC Desire also offers Sense user interface. This smart feature would make users enjoy the Internet browsing part of this device without any hassles.

The other solid aspect of this phone is that it supports Flash 10.1, which is absent in the Google Nexus One.

If we talk about its physical features, we find that unlike Nexus One, in which a trackball is located under the main screen for the purpose of navigation, HTC Desire gives you an opportunity to do the same with your finger sliding as it comes loaded with a new optical pad.

The same technology has been used in the HD2 model as well. The feature will also provide respite to the users as they will not be bothered about replacing the trackball repeatedly.

However, despite all this, the advantage, which Google has on its side is of a big brand name. Although, it might be viewed as one of the biggest factors, the fact of the matter is that it isn't in actuality.

Availability might also be the next issue as Nexus One is currently only sold by Google. HTC Desire would be widely found. As in case of Nexus One, the user is compelled to opt for a SIM Free phone, whereas in the case of HTC, things are otherwise.
