House Of Play Encourage Parents To Prepare For More Snow As The Met Office Announce Latest Forecast

The Met Office have forecast more widespread snow to hit the UK in the coming weeks, meaning the recent bout wasn’t all the country was going to receive. House Of Play is warning parents to prepare for more and adjust their plans accordingly.

Doncaster (I-Newswire) January 24, 2013 - The UK has recently seen adverse weather around the country. Widespread snow has stopped motorists from driving anywhere, and cut Norfolk off from the rest of the world for almost an entire week. Schools around the UK were closed, meaning parents needed to stay home from work and find something for their children to do to keep them occupied for the day or, in some cases, week.

The Met office has today forecast more adverse weather heading towards the UK. Over the coming weeks the weather is set to warm up, bringing heavy rain to northern parts of the country. However, after these weeks of heavy rain and warm weather, colder temperatures are expected to once again settle in, and cause ice on the roads and pavements, alongside more snow for every part of the country.
