Hilton Head Health Adds Flavor to their Cooking Healthy Workshops with Guest Chef Facilitators

(I-Newswire) May 13, 2010 - HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC – Hilton Head Health (H3), one of the nation’s leading weight loss and health retreats, is pleased to offer a three-day workshop focusing on culinary skills and nutrition education. Facilitated by Celebrity and Guest Chef, Melissa Petitto, R.D.; the next Cooking Healthy workshop will be offered June 3rd – 6th of this year. Cooking Healthy highlights include interactive cooking demonstrations, instructional sessions and hands-on experience in H3’s state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen. This workshop is limited to fourteen participants.

This workshop takes a sensible approach to cooking and teaches you how to plan for and prepare nutritious, satisfying and most importantly delicious meals. H3 offers four Cooking Healthy workshops throughout the year. Although each workshop emphasizes similar topics, each one is facilitated by a different H3 Chef and features recipes unique to her.
