Local eatery to add two new stores by the end of summer

A third location, situated at 313. N. Euclid Ave. in the historic Central West End, will open in late summer of 2013. This restaurant will be 5,600-square-foot and feature a 1,500-square-foot kitchen and offer seating for 130 inside and 35 outside. This location also is on the ground floor with apartments above.

The Crushed Red concept is simple, fast and fresh. Customers step into line to order soups, single serve pizzas, and salads that are expertly chopped before their very eyes. Renovation costs for each location are approximately $500,000 for Clayton, $300,000 for Kirkwood and $600,000 for the Central West End.
