HighRadius customers attended the 1st Annual Users Group where they learned about peer customer utilization, upcoming solution features, and ideas for product enhancement.
HighRadius, a leading provider of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions, held their inaugural Annual Users Group last month. This users group was introduced as a response to requests from numerous customers to network with their peers and to exchange learnings and best practices about maximizing the value of the various HighRadius solutions. The event also provided a forum to learn about upcoming product features and to discuss the future direction of FSCM innovation.
The Houston meeting, held on February 19th, consisted of HighRadius and customer presenters, among them Johnson & Johnson, ConAgra Foods and Hormel. "I was impressed to see the number of companies represented for a first time users group. It was great to see the passion and excitement throughout the presentations," said Joy Krugel, a Credit Manager at Johnsonville Sausage. "We were able to network with companies related to our business process and to ask questions and gain expertise from our peers.
