Higher Stakes for Cabling Icon Contestants As Jackpot Is Raised To $5,500

Madison Services, Inc. has joined Cabling Icon for Season 2 as a promotional partner, raising the jackpot to $5,500.

Nationwide (I-Newswire) September 25, 2012 - Cabling Icon announced today that Madison Services, Inc. has joined the contest as a promotional partner and raised the jackpot to $5,500. This news comes at a critical time for participants of the low voltage industry contest just before the October 1st deadline for Round 1 videos.

Cabling Icon, the first contest of its kind in the low voltage industry, raised the jackpot from $5,000 to $5,500 with the support of Madison Services. In addition to the $5,500, the Season 2 Cabling Icon will receive:

Cabling Icon is open to anyone 18 years or older who has the drive, skills and talent to compete against other participants from around the world. Even if not currently working as a field installer or technician, those with an interest in the technology cabling field are encouraged to participate and rally their votes through social media. Those interested in entering the Cabling Icon contest are asked to submit their application and 2-minute Round 1 video as soon as possible to meet the October 1, 2012 deadline. Online voting and a panel of judges will determine which contestants will move on to the next round.
