High Street Retail USA Inks Deal Bringing Brioni to Worth Avenue

Sharon Dresser of High Street Retail USA brokers deal to bring Brioni to Palm Beach

Sharon Dresser of High Street Retail USA, Inc. in Miami represented Brioni in its deal to lease 1,300 square feet on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, the city's luxury shopping destination. This brings to seven the number of boutiques Brioni has opened in the U.S.

"We are very excited about our newest Brioni boutique in Palm Beach located at 251 Worth Avenue" a Brioni spokesperson said.

The Italian high-end fashion house took the space once occupied by Badgley Mischka. The build-out incorporates Brioni's new retail concept that has two selling areas dedicated to formalwear and leisurewear. The interiors are decorated with glass, bronzed brass, Navona marble and ribbed wood.

Dresser, who has been instrumental in bringing many of the shops and restaurants to The Shops at Midtown Miami, has been working to bring other luxury retail brands from Europe and Latin America to the U.S.

"South Florida has been catching the attention of many foreign luxury retail brands," noted Dresser. "The area has developed a reputation for innovative fashion and many luxury retailers are beginning to flock here to cater to the growing number of affluent shoppers who live and visit here."
