Help for Heroes Adds Autographs-Store to its donators list

Sports memorabilia distributor Autographs Store has put together a London legends evening to help raise money for the Help for Heroes campaign.

(I-Newswire) February 11, 2010 - Over the recent years the Autographs Store has been rapidly expanding with them already on the hunt for their third store within the Home Counties. With already a staggering £85,000 raised last year alone, the Kent based company have used this previous success and the extra staff from its expansion to put together this London legends dinner to raise money to help meet the £20 million Launchpad to Life appeal.

"It is a great opportunity to help such a worthwhile cause and delivering this just by doing what we do best is just a win, win for everybody involved. We hope this is the beginning of many nights we will host" said MattSpiers, One of the Founding Directors of Autographs Store. "We have many ideas in the pipeline and hope we can help make a dent in the £20 million appeal."

The London legends evening is to be held on 4th March at the prestigious Oakley House in Bromley, Kent. It will be hosted by the Autographs store with a number of former London club Legends giving talks. All details of this event are available on the company’s website (www.autographs-store.com), with an auction at the end to raise money for the Help for heroes’ campaign.

The Help for Heroes latest campaign Launchpad aims to help provide a “Launchpad” to life for seriously wounded or long term sick personnel. This campaign will also provide support to help them move forward. With the first centre to fulfill this target opened in Edinburgh in August 2009 Autographs Store seem determined to help provide funds by auctioning signed sports memorabilia products such as Chelsea memorabilia and Liverpool memorabilia to
help deliver the charities goal.
