Healing Path Offers a Free Meditation in Hendersonville North Carolina

To celebrate the conclusion of 2012, Healing Path with Alice McCall is offering a free in-person meditation for those in the Western North Carolina December 30th.

Hendersonville, North Carolina (I-Newswire) November 13, 2012 - “I wanted celebrate the upcoming New Year with friends, clients, and meditators from the area. Offering this free event is my way to give something back to the community as we wrap up our holiday celebrations,” shares Alice McCall.

Sunday, December 30, 4pm ET McCall will lead a free guided healing meditation in-person for those in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

“The meditation is going to be focused on propelling us forward in the New Year; helping us to manifest the life that we desire, and letting go of any limiting beliefs or accumulated stress,” states McCall

Meditation has long been used as a tool to balance the mind, body, and spirit connection. For people who have busy, always thinking minds, meditation is touted as an opportunity to slow down, and listen to your inner voice.

McCall’s meditations feature a technique called toning. Using her voice, she holds and sometimes manipulates a note. She believes that each sound corresponds with specific energies or chakras. “I’ve been told time and again how my toning during a meditation makes all the difference for someone’s experience. I commonly hear from individual’s who have never been able to quiet their active mind and thoughts that my toning allows them to stay centered and in the moment of the meditation. Others tell me that when I tone they feel a physical healing in their body.”
