Harlequin Chooses FPS EXPO To Launch New Slimline Fuel Station Range!

Armagh, United Kingdom (I-Newswire) May 1, 2011 - Clarehill Plastics Limited, manufacturers Harlequin storage products chose FPS Expo to launch its brand new range of Slimline Fuel Stations on 13th and 14th April 2011, at the Harrogate International Centre. The launch marks the start of a number of events planned in celebration of the company's 30th Anniversary this year.

Harlequin Plastics have been developing innovative manufacturing and design concepts for storage tanks since 1981. Today, the company is a European leader in the manufacture of oil, diesel, waste oil and water tanks, in addition to its range of solid fuel bunkers and salt/grit bins.

Following the huge success of Harlequin’s Slimline Oil Tank range, the company has identified similar demand within the diesel fuel market and have designed a range of revolutionary Slimline Fuel Stations, available in 1300 litre and 2500 litre capacities. In addition to the advantages of incorporating slimmer frame designs, Harlequin Slimline Fuel Stations will also benefit from cutting edge fuel management technology and high spec security features.

Acknowledging the increased demand on modern businesses to reduce operating costs and to maximise the efficiency of working facilities, Harlequin’s product development team made the decision to create a space saving fuel tank, which could offer the convenience of forecourt refuelling capabilities with minimal space requirements.

At just 1385mm wide, the new 1300 litre model can be accommodated at almost any commercial premises. However, despite the reduction in tank dimensions, the 1300 Slimline Fuel Station still manages to incorporate 730mm wide door access. The term Slimline, therefore, applies only to the outer dimensions of the tank. In all other respects, customers can enjoy the same ease of access as with other, standard fuel station models within the Harlequin range.
