H2O Solutions Desalination Units Chosen by South African Power Generation

The South African Power Generation Corporation has ordered additional H2O Solutions Limited high output/low energy desalination units to be utilized in South African power stations.

Shanghai (I-Newswire) May 29, 2012 - H2O Solutions Limited announced today that its new lower energy usage power pressure steam (PPS) units have been chosen by the South African Power Generation Corp. The company, greatly satisfied with the reduced power usage of H2O Solutions’ desalination units, has requisitioned supplementary PPS units in order to fulfill additional water needs as a result of its rising facility requirements.

H2O Solution Limited’s desalination units have seen rapidly increasing installations throughout the continent over the last two years. Ocean water will be processed through the desalination units and will each generate up to 635 m3/day of clean water to be used as boiler feed water for the power generation stations.
