A proven professional who will help guide the firm's continued growth, Ms. Warren joins Performance Systems Development's new regional office in Philadelphia, PA.

As Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Ms. Warren is charged with all aspects of delivering sales growth for Performance Systems Development's innovative energy efficiency software, including sales strategy, developing new market segments, and managing the existing client base. Warren, an award-winning executive who has delivered record-breaking sales growth, will draw on her vast experience with leading technology providers such as Siemens, DEC, and Avaya. Most recently, Ms. Warren was Vice President of Business Development for ACS, Inc., a Xerox Company. While there, she led the capture effort for strategic accounts in the public sector and opened a new multi-million dollar market initiative for benefit plans outsourcing.
The opening of the Philadelphia office was backed by a recent investment from Blue Hill Partners, a Philadelphia-based investment firm focused exclusively in the green technology sector. Along with Ms. Warren, the office will house Alex Mordas, Program Manager, and Conrad Metcalf, Vice President for Business Development and Training. In addition to the PSD team, the newly established Philadelphia office houses a diverse group of Blue Hill Partner's green-tech portfolio firms. This strategic co-location is designed to create an exciting and interdisciplinary environment where new ideas and collaborative partnerships can develop.
