Each year Angie's List honors companies that have given outstanding service according to its members for the previous year. In 2010, the award’s criteria included receiving a minimum number of reports from members, maintaining an A average on both the reports for 2010 as well as on overall reports, and not being in poor standing with the Better Business Bureau.
