Grease Summit is coming to Toronto at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport Hotel on Friday, November 30th, 2012.

The Grease Summit is an internationally accredited seminar with the participation of guest speakers, developed to educate attendees about the current issues around fats, oils and grease (FOG), the latest pretreatment methodology and technology, environmental issues and consequences and current regulations pertaining to FOG in drains, sewers, water treatment facilities and land fill sites.
