Grand Opening Celebration Draws Agents to Switch to RE/MAX

RE/MAX Prestige Properties celebrated the Grand Opening of its new office in Bullhead City, along with the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce on the morning of Wednesday, August 15.

Bullhead City, AZ (I-Newswire) September 5, 2012 - RE/MAX Prestige Properties celebrated the Grand Opening of its new office in Bullhead City, along with the Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce on the morning of Wednesday, August 15. It commenced with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony, followed by a brief introduction and welcome speech by the owner, Dwayne Patterson, who now owns his third office in Bullhead City, aside from the Kingman and Lake Havasu City branches. City Council Member, Jerry Duval, delivered his congratulatory speech afterwards. The event was well-attended by Real Estate agents, Chamber members and Ambassadors, officers from various title agencies, banks, mortgage companies, and other businesses related to the industry.

Since Patterson’s acquisition of the Bullhead City office, a few agents have already switched their real estate licenses to RE/MAX. During the grand opening event, several local agents have also expressed their interest in joining the RE/MAX team because of its strong branding and advertising capabilities, as well as, the notable combined market share percentage in the whole Mohave County based on the WARDEX Firm Market Share Report, which could be a strategic business move that will be very advantageous to their careers.

Pamela Brown, a real estate agent who recently transferred her license to RE/MAX, tells us how happy she is with her decision. “Dwayne has a very outstanding reputation. Within only one year since he started operating in Kingman, his office instantly became number 1 in the market place, and has consistently maintained its top ranking. Incidentally, Patterson has just purchased another office space at the north end of Bullhead City.
