POP DIVA DISHES THE REALITY BEHIND “WHAT CHILLI WANTS” FOR ALL WOMEN

New York (I-Newswire) January 6, 2011 - Music royalty Chilli (of the hit group TLC) heats up this month’s The Singles’ Salon with some precious gems that any woman on a quest for love can take to the bank!

In an exclusive interview, Chilli sat down with The Singles’ Salon founding editor Kelly Smith Beaty (formerly of The Apprentice) in an intimate girl talk session to explain WHY Chilli wants what she wants, and why every single woman deserves the same. In its newest article, “What Chilli REALLY Wants” The Singles’ Salon goes behind the scenes of the hit show and into the heart and mind of the superstar who’s on a quest to find true love!

“I understand who I am as a woman. I embrace everything about myself and about my character,” said Chilli. “I could be alone until I’m 50 years old and that’s fine with me because I’m alone, but not lonely,” she declares.

Now in the second season of her show “What Chilli Wants” Chilli addresses the controversy surrounding the infamous “list” and whether or not she is “too picky.”

“It’s OK to desire a relationship. God designed us that way. But it’s the way that we go about it that we have to be mindful of. Don’t just go out there and pick a guy to have a guy…. At some point, we’ve got to learn to put the pacifier down.”

Chilli also reveals why the show isn’t just about her quest to find love, but about sharing her struggles and successes with other women with hopes that they too will believe in and know their own self-worth.

“I’m sharing my successes and my struggles in hopes that it can change somebody’s life for the better and uplift them,” she explains.
