Grace Church of Chapel Hill Launches Four New Service Times

Chapel Hill, NC (I-Newswire) January 4, 2012 - Grace Church of Chapel Hill Launches Four New Service Times

Chapel Hill, N.C. – Grace Church of Chapel Hill North Carolina will grow from three to four Sunday services beginning on January 15, 2012. The new Sunday service times are 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m., 11:45 a.m. and 5 p.m.

“Running out of space is a good problem,” said Kendrick Vinar, senior pastor at Grace. “Just one year ago we launched three services and we’ve already run out of room. We are excited to be growing and believe that these four convenient service times will provide guests more options. We are especially excited about the new Sunday evening service and believe it will provide a unique alternative for those who need more flexibility in weekend schedules.”

The new services will begin on January 15, and the Grace will also begin a “40 Days In The Word” sermon series and small group program. More information can be found at www.gracelife.com.

A year ago, on Sunday January 16, Grace Church expended from two services to three services. The congregations' attendance has since grown by 20 percent and now must add a fourth service on Sunday night. The church has also implemented more than $100,000 in building upgrades including a new sound system and flooring to enhance the worship experience as well as giving almost the same amount of money to community service and humanitarian aid around the world.
