The Rumble in River City is getting a touch of gorgeousness added to it, as today Ernest "The Cat" Miller, former WCW superstar and commissioner of the River City Sports Festival [RCSF], announced that Gorgeous George [Stephanie Bellars] will grace the pro wrestling spectacle headlining the amateur multi-sport competition in Mason City, Iowa. A former WCW, TNA, ECW and NCW superstar, Bellars is scheduled to make public appearances during the three-day event, and Miller declares she will have a surprise role at Rumble in River City.

"Having Stephanie bringing her beauty and elegance next month to Rumble in River City is extremely exciting," Miller said. "She will be making appearances at the River City Sports Festival, and there's a bombshell that will be dropped at the wrestling show that will stun everyone. Who knows? Maybe she will unleash her finishing move 'The Gorgeous Stunner,' or even drop an elbow from the second rope. It can't be missed!"

Gorgeous George, who got her start in the WCW alongside her then-boyfriend, and now deceased, Randy "Macho Man" Savage, will join other former NWA, WWE, WCW and current TNA/Impact superstars who will grapple Saturday night, May 10, 2014, when they enter the squared circle at North Iowa Area Community College [NIACC]. Those grapplers already announced by Miller include Disco Inferno; former NFL Atlanta Falcons cheerleader and WCW Nitro Girl Chae; TNA Superstar Garett Bischoff, the son of pro wrestling icon Eric Bischoff; and Dan "The Beast" Severn, the only UFC Triple Crown Champion and former NWA Superstar. Severn will also host a mixed-martial arts clinic May 9, delivering a karate demonstration.

All event information, including amateur wrestling tournament registration, can be found at www.RCSportsFestival.com. Rumble in River City tickets are free for the first 1,000 competitors who register for RCSF. Other ticket information for Rumble in River City is at www.RumbleinRiverCity.com.
Miller added that Ronin' Productions, presenter of RCSF, in association with Impact Pro Wrestling of Iowa, will soon announce more wrestling superstars who will battle at Rumble in River City.

The three-day RCSF event will feature archery, basketball, dance, karate, power lifting, roller derby, softball, tennis and wrestling for both individual and team competitors. Competitions will be held at the NIACC complex, while Mason City Parks and Recreation will host the softball and tennis tournaments, and the Mohawk Archery Club will host the archery contests.
