Planning and booking group travel is easy!
The customer’s credit card is not charged at the time of making a request. A Group Desk representative will contact the group coordinator to finalize payment. Since the reservations are not prepaid, arrangements can be made for group members to pay for their own rooms with separate credit cards. Different check-in and check-out dates may also be reserved for group members.
