Hollander Consultants’ Client Satisfaction Hits Quarterly High Success of Quality Control Division Lauded

The chief executive of Hollander Consultants' Quality Control Division, Bob Martin, just announced that client satisfaction has reached a quarterly high of 93%. Hollander Consultants maintains approximately 400 accounts simultaneously in the United States and Canada.



Mr. Martin said, "We constantly survey and interview our clients regarding the quality of service they are receiving. Last week we reached a quarterly high when we found that 93 percent of those interviewed fit into the company's highest quality control rating of "highly satisfied" with the level of service they are receiving from Hollander Consultants."

The Quality Control division of Hollander Consultants constantly tracks the progress of each client to determine that each client is receiving a proper return-on-investment.

"Our standards are very, very high in terms of client satisfaction. Even the mention of one statistic being down for a client can easily eliminate them from a high quality control rating, even if the client is happy with his overall service, " stated Mr. Martin.
