Extra added user convenience is now offered by the T-Online Fotoservice with its new online order form at www.t-online.de/fotoservice. From early July, amateur photographers will find a combined shopping basket for prints, photo gifts and photo calendars there. Advantage: various photo products can be processed and ordered in just one easy step. In addition to improved user guidance and graphics, the Fotoservice features a special reduced-price campaign: From 1 July through 31 July, prices of all photo gifts, photo calendars and photobooks are reduced by up to 20%.
On the home page of the new order form, all prints, photo gifts and calendars are clearly arranged for selection. When the user adds a product to the shopping basket, he always returns automatically to the overview. Here he can choose whether to continue ordering, or to conclude the order. For all prints as well as photo gifts and calendars, the user receives a graphic preview of the product selected. The chosen photo is then integrated by mouse click – in a photo calendar or pillow cover, for example
As soon as all products desired are in the shopping basket, the user closes the order by entering his address data. Delivery and billing of prints, as well as photo gifts, continue to be separate due to varying production times. Photo prints are ready for delivery within as little as two or three days. Photo calendars and gifts are delivered by post within four to six workdays.
In addition to the optimized online ordering process, customers of the T-Online Fotoservice continue to have access to the free Fotoservice software (www.t-online.de/fotoservi ce-software). So prints, photo gifts and calendars, as well as high quality photobooks, can be prepared offline. Only for transmission of the data is an Internet connection required. The current reduced-price campaign is also valid for orders placed via the Fotoservice software.
