RICHMOND, VA – May 12, 2008 – Timmons Group, an ENR 500 Design Firm and a leader in civil engineering consulting services, congratulates Prince George County, Virginia as Site Selection Magazine has chosen the County’s Rolls-Royce project as one of the top ten economic development deals for 2007 in North America and abroad.

The Top Deals coverage salutes the best corporate projects in the world in terms of investment, high-value jobs, creativity in negotiations and incentives, regional economic impact, competition and speed to market. Rolls-Royce chose a recently assembled mega site, Crosspointe Centre, in Prince George County over finalist sites in Georgia and South Carolina. Singapore and Germany also earned portions of the company's planned facility investment, emerging with Prince George, Virginia from a 35-site international competition.

Timmons Group participated in the multi-disciplined team working with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, Rolls-Royce and Prince George County to win the project for Virginia. In addition, Timmons Group will work hand-in-hand with the County to develop the infrastructure needed to support this manufacturing facility providing comprehensive land planning, site engineering, geotechnical engineering and environmental services.
