American fathers are more obese than ever. One man had so much flab that his daughter was embarrassed by his presence! Ron takes us on his journey of harrowing personal struggle for freedom from the excessive pounds of fat that harass everyday people all over America. He tells us how he overcame his obesity and built the body--- and the life he had always wanted. Ron's story is the quintessential example of American progress driven by selfless love, determination, and the sheer will to overcome adversity.
When asked about what went on in his mind during the time, Ron responded: "I knew I never wanted Cassie to go through an embarrassment like that again. It's not every day that you find a book online with so much potential. I was at the end of my rope. I didn't know what else I could do. None of the other programs and diet pills I tried worked. I took a chance, and it paid off...big time! I’m glad I did it. I owed it to my daughter."
Ron wrote his blog to help others going through the same situation find hope and a way out from the agonizing corridors associated with being overweight. He hopes to educate the public about his discoveries.
