Personal Empowerment Coach teaches a new way to approach the attainment of goals.
“The most critical factor in the achievement of goals,” contends Personal Empowerment Coach, Alvin Day, “is your self-image.”
When asked about the factors that lead people to success, many people automatically begin talking about time, money, privileged backgrounds and good luck, Day suggests that none of these items are ultimately responsible for success or lack thereof.

“Examine your life today,” he instructs his students, “the relationships, the circumstances, and the economic welfare. Ask yourself the following questions:
• What have I asked of life?
• Have I sought excellence?
• Have I held back?
• Have I allowed the fear of tomorrow to stunt my progress today?
• Do I deserve better? (A sense of personal unworthiness is one of the most pervasive killers of human dreams.)
The answers to all of these questions will be greatly influenced by the way you see yourself. ”
Whether you have sought excellence or settled for less, held back or gone after your dreams, listened to fears or charged courageously into uncharted waters, every time you face such choices, Day believes that you tap into your beliefs about what kind of person you are in order to make a decision.
He states that the most crucial step you can take in shaping the life you want is to see yourself as the kind of person who has and deserves to have the life you want. “If you desire riches, but constantly refer to yourself as being broke, then your self-image will never allow you to create great wealth for yourself.”
Finally, Day suggests that you seek out books, CDs, workshops and mentors who will help you bolster your self-image. “It is a powerful, undeniable force that plays a massive role in your level of success.”
