Either they cannot afford high price professional help or they do not know where to go to get necessary guidance. Isolation is a major cause of business failures. Finding an experienced mentor to help the business owner deal with strategic issues is sometimes difficult.
What do we do? We mentor. We help you with your critical issues. Whether they are fundamental or operational, we are here to give you the benefit of our many years of experience. We try to make this as personal a relationship as possible. That is the reason we offer phone consultations as well as the typical e-mail questions and answers. Sometimes the online questions and answers are sufficient, but many times a more in depth discussion is necessary
