March 5 , 2008 -HiTech Global, the premier PCI Express® solution provider announced the availability of Xilinx Virtex™-5 LX330T based board.
The HTG-V5-PCIE-330 platform is powered by the largest RocketIO based Xilinx Virtex- 5 LX330T FPGA and can be used in PCI Express or stand alone mode.
All 24 RocketIO Multi Gigabit Transceivers (MGT) available in the LX330 device have been used to provide access to 8 lanes of end-point PCI Express, 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports (SGMII), 2 Serial ATA ports, 8 pairs of SMA, and 10 data-rate-adjustable RocketIO GTP ports .
Other board's resources include up to 2GB of DDR-2 memory, 256 Mb of Flash Memory, 68 pairs of LVDS signals (or 136 Single-ended), and PCIe Jitter attenuator.
Various IP Cores, including PCIe DMA Engine, DDR-2 and SATA Host/Device controllers, are available to support the HTG-V5-PCIE-330 platform.
