Google Will Independent Operation Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc

shenzhen (I-Newswire) November 10, 2011 - According to Kokin James, PR manager for the electronics wholesale company Buyechina ( http://www.buyechina.com ), the internet search giant Google company's chairman and chief executive Eric Schmidt said on Tuesday,Google promised to provide its free android mobile operating system to other mobile phone manufacturing partner. Schmidt said in South Korea, Google will purchase MotorolaMobilityHoldingsInc. This matter will not affect the relationship between google and manufacturers who use of the android operating system.

Schmidt told at press conference: "we will be independent operation MOTOROLA, but it would not endanger the openness for android."

Kokin James, PR Manager for electronic gadgets supplier Buyechina ( http://www.buyechina.com ) said that, in August, Google announced plans to spend $12.5 billion buying American cell phone and set-top box equipment manufacturers. The move triggered the mobile phone manufacturers anxiety - they are not sure whether Google will give them the same treatment on android operation platform.

According to Buyechina's PR Manager, Kokin James, in order to prevent Microsoft accused android that violated its software patents, Samsung have reached a patent sharing agreement with Microsoft-- Samsung will pay for use of the franchise to Microsoft for their smartphone and tablet pc.

When asked about the deal, schmidt did not directly answer this question, Schmidt said: "Microsoft did not tell the truth on this issue, they use scare people tactics, because the success of android that makes them feel afraid."
