Good Samaritan Hospital Announces New Dietary Guidelines Seminar

Free nutrition seminar to take place at Vandalia Senior Citizens Center

People always looking for easy and clear directions about healthy food choices. A new campaign to help Americans eat more nutritiously has been launched, called Choose My Plate. Learn about this new program with Dave Clark, MS, RD, LD, Clinical Dietitian, who will share simple steps toward improved dietary health, balanced meals and other strategies to fight obesity.
