GolfLogix and GreenFinder Announce Strategic Partnership; GreenFinder Customers Now Get GolfLogix App

Scottsdale, Arizona (I-Newswire) November 18, 2011 - GolfLogix and GreenFinder today announced that GolfLogix has acquired GreenFinder’s customer base through a strategic alliance agreement further solidifying GolfLogix’ position as the #1 app for golf. The agreement will allow GreenFinder customers to seamlessly transition to the GolfLogix application with uninterrupted service. Itinerant, the software developer of GreenFinder, is actively developing applications for the rapidly growing location-based market and is teaming with GolfLogix to support GreenFinder’s strong and loyal Golf GPS customer base going forward. GreenFinder’s members will be given immediate access to GolfLogix’ highly acclaimed golf application. Paid Greenfinder subscribers will have their memberships transferred to a GolfLogix Champion membership which will be valid until their GreenFinder expiration date. Trial members will receive a free GolfLogix Club membership and two free round credits to try GolfLogix’ full featured Champion membership. GreenFinder customers will have the familiar features of distances to greens and hazards on the 28,000+ courses in the GolfLogix database.
