GlobalLogic and BMC Software Partner to Expand Product Engineering Lab in Kyiv, Ukraine

McLean (I-Newswire) August 18, 2011 - San Jose, CA – GlobalLogic, Inc., a leader in software R&D services, announced today that it has been selected by BMC Software (NASDAQ: BMC) to expand the company’s current R&D Lab in Kyiv, the capital city of Ukraine. The selection builds on BMC Software’s successful partnership with GlobalLogic in Kyiv and will leverage the deep Agile development expertise of the GlobalLogic Ukraine team in supporting several important product development initiatives.

The Kyiv R&D Product Engineering Lab’s mission will be to collaborate to drive rapid innovation as well as speed time-to-market for new BMC solutions. GlobalLogic, Ukraine was chosen for this expansion because of its exceptional local technical talent, strong analytical skills and product orientation, and overall Agile-focused team culture.

The work will support a wide range of initiatives at BMC, ranging from cloud computing and IT Service Operations, to the development of a variety of other solutions. The Kyiv lab will be built by GlobalLogic to meet BMC’s world-class standards for facilities, infrastructure and information security requirements.
