Ginjex: "Powering the Now Economy"
Ginjex, the real-time availability engine, enters into the beta testing arena today with its aim to shake up the classifieds and directories market by providing a revolutionary platform that displays real time, hyper local availability.
London (I-Newswire) September 7, 2012 - Ginjex, the real-time availability engine, enters into the beta testing arena today with its aim to shake up the classifieds and directories market by providing a revolutionary platform that displays real time, hyper local availability.
The website aims to connect consumers and businesses through a “taxi light on” service, where merchants can post live offers and availability on Ginjex. From there, relevant users can not only see these live offers, but will be contacted by SMS if any additional offers are posted.
Ginjex is the next evolutionary step in the world of search engines, directories and classified. It solves the problem for businesses of filling last minute cancellations and free time through effective, low cost advertisements, targeted at local demand. For the user, Ginjex allows more flexibility and accuracy when searching for a wide range of services.
Mark Riley, Co-Founder of Ginjex, commented “Here at Ginjex, we realise that time is money. Everybody wants the most out of their time and we strive to fulfil that need through our real-time, availability model. ” Riley, whose dynamic entrepreneurial characteristics have led him to have successful experiences at companies such as Gumtree, BT and Amazon believes that “Ginjex is truly powering the now economy. Advertisements are only posted when and where a service is available, giving businesses the most control and flexibility over their working day.”
Ginjex only charges companies for the live broadcast, therefore businesses keep all revenue received from their transactions. Ginjex is currently beta testing in East London and is free to advertise while in this phase.
On success, Ginjex plans to rapidly expand its innovative service across the UK and into emerging markets including, Brazil, Russia, India and China. It believes that its first-mover advantage aligned with its technology and insight into the market, will allow it to succeed on a global scale.
