Mr. Martin Niemeyer grew up in the German city of Remscheid, a city that has a long standing tradition in hand tools. As a young man, he was fascinated with metals. After graduation, he completed his studies with a world-leading manufacturer of hand tools.
Martin continued his studies in business and IT, and was quickly promoted to leadership positions at a steel mill and tools manufacturer in Remscheid.
His affinity and dedication for this technical field was then coupled with his passion for management. This marriage of various skill sets provided the foundation and expertise to develop innovative and specialized tool programs for the automotive and other industries.
Worldwide travel enabled Mr. Niemeyer to gather extensive experience and knowledge of global markets and the international business community. Even in the early 90s, he acknowledged the risks and opportunities of globalization.
