Gardere Announces New Chief Marketing Officer

Dallas (I-Newswire) March 10, 2011 - Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP is pleased to announce that Shawn L. Adams has joined the Texas-based law firm as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Mr. Adams will oversee Gardere’s marketing and business development efforts, working with team members in managing the daily operations of the marketing support function, as well as participate in the strategic business development and strategic revenue initiatives of the firm.

Mr. Adams is a well-respected senior leader in the professional services arena. He joins Gardere from Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell, LLP, where he served as the Chief Administrative Officer over the past three years, and his responsibilities focused on Operations, Human Resources and other administrative oversight functions. He previously worked more than eight years at Pitney Bowes Management Services where he was responsible for Business Development and Operations on a national basis.
