Galgotia University Celebrates Earth Day
Galgotias University was recognized and feted for successfully differentiating itself from other universities in terms of its global-level academics.
Online, April 23, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Galgotia University, a co-educational private university in Greater Noida (NCR), Uttar Pradesh, will organize an event to spread awareness amongst its students to save our earth. The event will be organized to celebrate Earth day on 22 April to demonstrate support for environmental protection.
Galgotia University encourages its students to participate in different events and competitions. The university from time to time organizes such events for the all round development of its students. Competitions have been organized for the students on 21 and 22 April, 2014 to celebrate Earth day.
Students have responded over enthusiastically, extending their support to help save the environment. They will be seen sharing their views on the environment by participating in Slogan writing & jingle making Competition on 21 April and badge & poster making competition on 22 April. The competition will be conducted in Campus 1 (Block-C) & Campus 2 during lunch hours. The winners will get exciting prizes. The interested students are required to be present at the time and place mentioned above.
Today, we are increasing switching between new gadgets. Human choices are the ones that determine its effects on the environment, modern technology is still essential to have such an impact on ecology. Since it is still partially responsible for the impairment of the environment, it does owe ecology an apology. Modern technology is harming our environment. There is a need to protect our earth from constant damage. Students will attempt to spread this message of 'Go Green' through these competitions.
