G&P Trucking Announces Strategic Alliance with Bunch Transport


South Carolina Based Trucking Companies to begin a Partnership August 6

South Carolina (I-Newswire) August 1, 2012 - G&P Trucking Company, one of the largest trucking companies in the southeast, will expand its services through a strategic partnership with Bunch Transport of North Charleston, SC. The partnership goes into effect on August 6. The announcement was made today by Clifton Parker, President and General Manager of G&P Trucking and Rich Bundschuh, President of Bunch Transport.

Both companies are family owned businesses. The alliance with Bunch Transport will combine with G&P’s inventory to total 700 power units and nearly 2200 trailers.

Parker says the alliance will allow for continued growth and easier operations and will offer customers many benefits including international shipping, new technology, trailer tracking, and multiple locations for more flexibility.
