Cairo (I-Newswire) March 14, 2013 - Party time at the Radisson Blu Hotel Cairo Heliopolis recently saw staff members treated to gifts, cakes, prizes and a lavish lunch, which was served by members of the management team in recognition of the truly first class service their colleagues provide for guests.

Staff members had a startling welcome to their day when two stilts-walkers towered over them as they entered the administration area which had been spectacularly decorated for the occasion.

General Manager Ashraf Naguib said: "We love staging the annual staff party at the Radisson Blu Hotel Cairo Heliopolis. It is management's chance to show how much we appreciate the care and commitment our staff members show in meeting the needs of our guests and ensuring everything is 'five stars' about their stay at the hotel."

The fun began with the 'Yes I Can' man dressed in blue and white handing out medals and gifts to staff as he visited them in their various departments.

Lunchtime was supervised by the Director of Kitchen Nasser Ewais as General Manager Mr. Naguib joined Zihanda Kamal Director of Human Resources & Training, Emad Fouad Executive Assistant Manager, Rania Heiba Director of Revenue, Director of IT Hosam Asem, Rooms Division Manager Mohamed Gabr, Waleed Yehia Purchasing Manger, Adel Moniem Financial Controller and other management members and department heads in serving the staff their specially prepared lunch.

'Congratulations' certificates were handed out to special performers for such awards as 'Host of the Month', 'Host of the Year' 'Young Leader of the Year', 'Best Seller' and 'Best Trainer'. Lunch finished with a fabulous display of pastries, gateaux and cakes before all the staff were winners at the grand raffle finale, when prizes included a large flat-screen LED TV’s, Fridges, stoves, automatic washing machines, …etc.
